Here is Angela drilling out the end of a key lever for the lower manual. Each key on this manual will receive a Coupler Dog.

Here Karen and Roman are gluing the 8 foot nut onto the wrestplank. Note the stack of handles--the many clamps needed are just out of the photo.
And the clamping begins . . .
Karen and John discuss how to improve the clamping of the 8' nut. Because of the shape of nut--one surface is perpendicular to the wrestplank while the other slopes--we had to adjust our technique to compensate for the tendency of this piece not to stay flat.
